His family drives him crazy

Billionaire Harry Sanders has always gotten what he wants, except in business. The heir apparent to Jacobsen Enterprises, his grandfather has passed him over for promotion again and again, and this time it’s in favor of brilliant newcomer Megan MacGregor. Worse, his meddling, matchmaking grandfather has assigned Harry to be Megan’s mentor. The last thing Harry wants is work closely with the ambitious career woman who keeps showing him up.

She just needs a chance

Megan MacGregor isn’t looking for romance. Between caring for her mother with MS and proving herself at work, she has no time for relationships, especially not with the arrogant and tempting Harry. But when a high-stakes acquisition in New York forces them to into close proximity, their attraction becomes impossible to deny.

As professional tensions turn to heated passion, Harry and Megan must decide if they can risk their careers for a real chance at love.

One reviewer wrote: The heroine, Megan MacGregor, is a wonderful, witty and ambitious woman who is given a golden opportunity to rise in the company, headed by of course dear Grandpa Joe. Of course, the gold quickly tarnished when she realizes that she’ll be reporting to Joe’s grandson, Harry Sanders. The same man whom she’s undermined in several meetings and loathes the sight of her. Michele does a great job of keeping the tension going and the plot moving quickly. The conflict between the hero and heroine is real, believable and makes you care. You are drawn in by the wonderful secondary characters, which include Harry’s rich, but very down to earth sister, Darci. As always, the ending is a Happily Ever After, with one exception. I didn’t want the story to end…
